luigithor on "[Plugin: WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin] Create Subscribe form not saved"

Hi, the plugin version is 5.2.8
mysql is 5.1
php 5.3.1

I create the subscription form and THEN i place the widget in the sidebar but the widget is empty and invite me to create the form...

I also saw that you already solved this problem...issue 47 and 69 on git and 5.2.8 contain the patches you suggest, but it does not work for me...

I also deactivate and reactivate the plugin, but the effect is the same.
I've tried with IE, FF and Opera browsers.
